Tiong Bahru · Singapore

Food with a little fire.

A neighbourhood room for generous plates, bright herbs and evenings that take their time.

Our table

Come for the charcoal. Stay for the conversation.

A plated seasonal dish on a dark table

We cook familiar things with an unfamiliar edge: market greens, live-fire cooking and sauces built slowly in our little kitchen.

The room is built for long lunches, late dinners and the easy generosity of a shared table.

Good to know

A few useful answers before you visit.

Do I need to reserve?

Reservations are recommended for dinner. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows.

Can you accommodate dietary needs?

Tell us in the enquiry form and we will suggest suitable dishes. Please flag severe allergies clearly before arriving.

Is the menu suitable for sharing?

Yes. Most plates are designed for the table, with a few larger mains for two or one hungry guest.

Do you offer a set menu?

Our menu changes with the market. Ask about the chef's current set menu when you enquire.

What is the atmosphere like?

Low-lit, relaxed and lively enough for a good dinner. Smart casual is the spirit.

Where can I find the restaurant?

Find us in the heart of Tiong Bahru, a short walk from the neighbourhood's old market.
